If you need a vehicle go see Juan. My son lives 2.5 hours away from me so hard for me to be there in person to help. Highly recommend this dealership! Kayden was great to work with and got me the OTD number pretty quickly. They didn't have the very specific trim level and color combo I was after for my new CR-V but were willing to bring one in from another dealer or allocation. Even though I didn't buy from them I will keep them in mind for my next new car.

Russ was amazing!
I drove over some debris on the highway that made a lot of noise as I passed over it. So, I dropped in to Eskridge to check for damage. They inspected and photographed what was mostly cosmetic damage, and suggested one minor repair would better be done at a muffler shop. All for no charge! Though not really necessary, I will be replacing the front splash guard at my next scheduled oil change.
All great from buying my car last year with no pressure sales people to just getting my free maintenance service was in and out very quickly😊
I arrived today to eskridge honda accidentally while trying to go to another location. I met Bill, a salesmen with excellent knowledge and customer service whom made my car buying experience much more enjoyable. He was patient, funny, and smart. This wasn’t our first purchase from Eskridge. We keep coming back because of how they treat their customers. We didn’t have our mind made up when we first went and looked back in October but Tony checked on us through the holidays, not in a pushy salesman way, but to see how we were doing, so when we pulled the trigger last week, it was a no brainer where we would be going and who we would be working with!

Communication with them through the process was fairly easy and I'm content that they addressed my car issues. I took my car here after I was having some issues and had Joey as my service advisor. He did a great job at communicating what was going on and actually saved us $2500 after finding an extended warranty we didn’t even know we had!
I really liked the service and will definitely visit again.
We walked into this dealership around 530 this evening and left close to 845 with a brand new CRV hybrid for one of our daughters. Hal was our sales associate and he was very kind and went above and beyond to help us! We were working with Ray for around a week on finding the perfect new car for me. Ray was super patient, not pushy at all and was extremely sweet throughout the whole process. We brought our new car home today!
I’ve bought 3 cars with Eskridge. Each time I have dealt with amazing sales women (Pam who is now retired) and men. Didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of and feel I got a fair deal each time I purchased. I have only bought used and not used their service yet. With this new (used CRV) purchase I will use their service some.

I had a slow tire leak and took my car into Eskridge where I had gotten my tires (and car) and they fixed it at no charge due to the warranty and I was in and out in about an hour. My service tech Joey was friendly, professional and helpful. Overall, I have had great service at Eskridge and I highly recommend them!
